GENERAL CANCEL CONDITIONS
We not provide the insurance for travel ( travel accident, life insurance, cancel insurance,medical insurance,... ) but we strongly encourage all our guests that they take theirs own personal insurance before travel.
Cancellations and refunds:
If you must cancel your trip, you must do so in writing, acceptable either by fax or by email. Cancellation refunds will apply if notice of cancellation is received by us at least 15 days prior of CHECK IN.
Our cancellation fees is calculated as follows and we will refund after a reservation is confirmed according to the following:
* cancel your reservation up to 45th day before arriving - we refund 90 % of advance payment
* cancel your reservation up to 31th to 44th day before arriving - we refund 70 % of advance payment
* cancel your reservation on 30th day before arriving - we not refund advance payment ( at least if you find the guests who will take your reservation and replace you
for whole time of reservation - the new guests should be confirm by us in this case)
* cancel your reservation up to 25th to 29th day before arriving the asking payment is 50 % of total booking rent price ( without tourist and register tax )
* cancel your reservation up to 21th to 24th day before arriving the asking payment is 70 % of total booking rent price ( without tourist and register tax )
* cancel your reservation up to 15th to 20th day before arriving the asking payment is 90 % of total booking rent price ( without tourist and register tax )
* cancel your reservation on 14 th day or lees before arriving the asking payment is 100 % of total booking rent price ( without tourist and register tax )
These conditions can be changed only in case :
* if you find someone else (same number of persons), for the same apartment and the same period
* if we can rent this apartment by our own for whole period - in this case we can refund the money - we keep only 20 € for administrations fee
With payment of advance you agree with this general cancel conditions.
